Important Deadlines

Proposal submissions: 30^th June 2019
Notification of acceptance: 10^th July 2019
Registration with paper: 31^st July 2019
Registration without paper: 15^th October 2019

Submissions

Proposals for papers of 20-minute duration, related to the overall theme of the conference, in either Portuguese, English, French or Spanish, should be sent to the organizing committee on or before the 30^th of June 2019. Proposals for papers should be submitted via the address dlc-congressoCLLC2019@ua.pt, including the following information:

Name(s) of the author(s)
Institutional affiliation
Title of the paper
Summary of the paper (maximum 250 words)
Thematic area in which the paper should be included: Fake News; Censorship; The Unsayable
Short bionote (maximum 400 characters)
Contact address (e-mail)

All the proposals will be analysed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be given on or before the 10^th July 2019.

Registration

For registration, please send name and confirmation of payment to dlc-congressoCLLC2019@ua.pt. In order to issue a receipt, please indicate name, tax identification number and full address.

Conference fee with papers: 100 € (before 31^st July 2019)
Conference fee for postgraduate students with papers: 40 € (before 31^st July 2019)
Conference fee without paper: 50 € (before 15^th October 2019)

All bank charges (inbound or outbound) should be borne by the remitter.

Postgraduate students must furnish proof of their enrolment in higher education courses to qualify for the reduction.
